I’m not sure why I clicked and downloaded from Audible … besides the fact that I am caught in an Audible loop of nearly loosing credits and can’t listen enough to get out of the scheme.

At some point I heard Matthew McConaughey on a podcast and was intrigued. He’s a bit of an enigma.

I listened to this driving to Indianapolis and back. The man is wild! Amusing, ballsy, inner voice seeker, not-back-downer. A man to literally follow his dreams. Into the Amazon and Mali.

Part life story, part collection of his own poetry, part advice (look for the green lights, maybe some red lights lead to green lights), part celebration of words and rhythm (in the audio form, anyway). Love it when the author reads their work as they hear it.

3.75 stars. If you love this actor, you’ll probs love to listen to him.

If anyone knows how to solve the Audible conundrum, please, enlighten me.
