This is easily one of my best reads for the year and a great discussion read for book club. Tara’s memoir is a gripping, page-turner account of her upbringing in rural Idaho in the Mormon tradition. Her ‘education’ is vast: from surviving family violence to maneuvering the upper echelons of academia. Her vocabulary was an education in itself. #noshameinlookingupwords 5/5 stars.
