Boarding schools are, it would seem, an abundant setting for story. I suppose islands are, too, for nearly the same reason: a contained space with a goodly size character population.
This particular boarding school story will bring you back to the ’90’s and the death of one of the female students.
I enjoyed the structure of the book – back and forth in time, incorporating various technologies : rotary dials and cell phones, podcasts and VHS tapes, spiral planners and the internet.
Did I guess who did it? I did.
A memoriam for all the young women abused, killed, missing by the hands of men.
